Coregeo

Brand Identity – Website – Email CRM – Stationery – Powerpoint

Coregeo are the UK’s largest licensee and brand management company for fresh produce. I have been working with Corego for over 12 years creating visual identities for their brands including Pink Lady® apples, Tenderstem® and Gem® avocados, so it was a pleasure to be asked to design a new brand and digital presence for themselves.

Identity
It was important to create an identity that would have stand-out from the norm in the fresh produce industry in which they operate, so with a bold colour palette and strong illustration style, the result was unexpected and dynamic. I designed the new logotype, which highlights the ‘R’ as a registered trademark, which reflects the core of their business.

Once I had created the identity, I developed the guidelines specifying fonts, colours, illustrations, icons and other brand assets which could all be downloaded from a central server.

Coregeo would primarily be visible online so I began translating the identity to online comms, designing the responsive website, social campaign assets, B2B email campaign, email signatures, powerpoint templates and Zoom backgrounds.

Website
Planning the website, I created wireframes and sitemap so the client can see all links and click-throughs across the site. I developed strong call-to-actions and sign-up procedure, to engaging their clients in an email CRM programme. Looking at the content, I wrote engaging headlines for every page and focused on hierarchy of information to structure the information for maximum engagement.

For the blog area, I split their content into two categories, “Thought Leadership” and “Case Studies” and added the author’s profile to each article to help connect their team of experts to brand services as much as possible.

The illustration style worked really well as animations, and the bright colour palette really popped. Working in the CMS (ModX), added all the content for the client.

Brand extension
Once the digital presence was launched, I designed the stationery, signage for their offices in the new brand style, company brochure, and a set of exhibition pop-ups.
